The type of charge
- Storage fee: According to the number of days the goods are in the warehouse and the storage cost are settled monthly.
- Operating expenses: According to the quantity of goods and operating costs involved in the order when the order is shipped out of the warehouse, it is settled according to the order.
- Delivery fee: According to the number of packages out of the order and the cost of delivery, the settlement is carried out by order.
- Other fees: Independent calculation according to the service content, such as labeling, customs clearance, scheduling, etc
Product specifications
- Products that require order fulfillment:
The automated warehouse adopts 600*400*300mm storage box for daily operation and management, so the longest side of a single SKU cannot exceed 600mm, and the secondary long side cannot exceed 400 mm, the shortest side can not exceed 300mm.

Product size and volume
- Definition: Product dimensions and volumes are the dimensions and measurements of the goods when packaged in accordance with Darwynn’s policies and requirements and ready for shipment.
- Instructions for use: The product size and volume you enter is key to determining the product size segmentation. Together with the dimensions and weight of the item, various darwyn charges are used to calculate various darwyn charges, including storage fees, fulfillment fees, and returns processing fees.

- Definition: Volumetric weight refers to the product that is packaged in accordance with Darwynn’s policies and requirements, and is calculated based on the measured length, width, and height Volumetric weight.
- Directions for use: In some cases, the shipped weight of an item is the volumetric weight of the item.
- Calculation logic: The volume weight of the product = the volume of the product÷139
The shipped weight of the item
- Definition: Shipping weight refers to the weight of a single piece (a rounded value). Shipping weight is calculated based on the individual or dimensional weight of the product.
- Instructions for use: The shipped weight of the item is used to calculate Darwyn’s fulfillment fee
- Calculation logic:
- If the volumetric weight of the product is greater than the individual weight of the product, the shipping weight = dimensional weight
- If the volumetric weight of the item is light rain The weight of the item, the shipping weight = the weight of the single piece
Storage fees for goods
- Definition: The storage fee for a product is calculated monthly based on the space that the customer’s inventory occupies in the fulfillment center.
- Calculation logic: storage fee per item = average daily quantity of goods x (volume of each item ÷1728) x applicable storage fee price
- Description:
- The average daily number of goods refers to the number of days accumulated in the settlement month divided by the number of days in the settlement month, for example, a product was put into storage from June 1, 60 pieces, June 9 sunrise warehouse, the average number of items per day for this item: 60×10÷30 =20. (90 is the number of days in stock; 10 is june 1 to June ) The number of days of the day; 90×10 will get the cumulative number of days in the store for the commodity in June; 30 refers to the natural number of days in June; The result 20 is the average daily number of goods).
- The volume of each commodity is obtained by measuring the length, width, and height, and since the measurement unit is inches and the storage price is cubic feet, the volume of the commodity is divided by 1728 It is a unit conversion of the volume.
- The storage price refers to the charged price per cubic foot in the operation center, which varies according to the month, and is divided into non-sales seasons (January to September). Sales season (October to December) Two types of costs, specific prices are shown in the table below

Operating expenses of the product
- Definition: The operation fee of the commodity refers to the cost of the commodity from the warehouse to the warehouse, the operation personnel to sort the warehouse, order processing, picking and packaging, , and settle and collect it after the order is out of the warehouse.
- Calculation logic: the operating fee per item = the number of items in the order x the applicable operating fee price

The delivery fee for the product

- Calculation logic: The delivery fee of the package = the applicable first delivery fee price + [roundup (the shipping weight of the product÷1 1) -1]x Applicable overweight shipping fee price
- Description:
- The fulfillment fee for an order is the sum of the costs incurred based on the number of packages shipped for that order.
- 500 g ≈ 1 1 pound, so shipping weight divided by 1 1, rounded upwards, and then subtracted from 1 to get the overweight multiple
- The first delivery fee price and the overweight delivery fee price are determined based on the size segmentation of the package and the delivery time of the order
